We are aiming to accept a range of sixteen participants from the following fields: design / robotics engineering / social science / practitioners / therapists (caregivers) and teachers. We invite interested people in this field to join us and help create frameworks and guidelines for the future design of Socially Assistive Robots aimed at children.

To help us ensure we are addressing real challenges during the workshop, we would REALLY welcome the input of professionals who regularly work with children in the areas of education and therapy.

We invite relevant participants to submit an abstract (350-1000 words) addressing “What are the problems in your field that could be addressed by SAR?” and send it to the mail address.

>>> The deadline for abstract submissions is August 30th, 2016 <<<
